We are less than 2 months away from the wedding now. I find it hard to:
1. Fall asleep bc I’m thinking wedding stuff
2. Stay asleep. I’ll wake up randomly at 2, 3, 4 ( or 5) am and immediately think about wedding stuff, keeping me from falling asleep again.
3. Wake up too early like this morning and just can’t go back to sleep bc I start thinking wedding stuff.
I came and figured I’d research the things I’d been thinking so I could maybe try to get another hour or so of sleep before our busy day.
Anyone else going through this?
I don’t know how in the world I am going to get through the final month, let alone the final week before the wedding!

That really sucks. We’re 4 months away, and I find myself waking up in the middle of the night with lists of things I have to do, and can’t go back to sleep. :0/

I’m at three months and I’m starting to not be able to think about anything else. If I don’t get something big done each day, I’m upset with myself and I at least have to research some of the things I have left to do. I haven’t had problems sleeping yet though.

Maybe you should try to find a way to put it out of your mind. Like have a specific time for wedding planning and dont’t think about it any other time. You can’t go without sleep for too long! I’m increadibly lazy and I just woke up an hour ago.

I’ve been up since 5 am too! not for those reasons though (I have a really sick kid ) So, i got like 3 hours of sleep last night! fun times! 🙂 I’ll be excited when the reason i can’t sleep is because our wedding is so close! hahaha!

try to allot some time to do wedding stuff each day, but not right before bed. Maybe when you get home from work/school, or right after dinner. Work an hour then change gears and focus on relaxing.
It can be exciting with all the details but you should take care of yourself – and your sleeping patterns – in the weeks leading up to the wedding!

I never really got to sleep last night and was officially up by 5:45am because I am sick and miserable. I know that doesn’t console you but just thought I’d let you know you’re not alone in being tired today!
Hang in there and try to take care of yourself…healthy meals, etc. so you are well and able to enjoy your big day!

Than you ladies. I think I still usually get plenty of sleep. It was just annoying that is was 5am on a weekend and I was already up. I did manage to lay and get a couple more hours before going to our tux appt. It doesn’t happen everyday but at least a couple times a week. I have trouble with this either way…its just happening more often now that the wedding is closer. LOL
