Lol. If it makes you feel better, it doesn’t snow in Houston so we don’t have snow days at all.

It snowed here! They didn’t let anyone go in early, even though it started at 6 am, but they did let people go home early. :]

@Olive12:  Or here where snow means “normal winter” and we don’t get snow days either!

Ha! We got out at noon today. I watched it snow- snapped some pictures…waited on my fiance’ to get out of work…then it stopped snowing, the sun came out and it all started melting. We still get a delayed start tomorrow because the temperature will be below freezing tonight. And Monday’s a holiday!  Just glad that the crazy weather is clearing out now– next Saturday is looking like 58* and cloudy, 0% chance of rain as of tonight ๐Ÿ™‚

Jealous.  I love snow.  ๐Ÿ™‚

Where I live, it takes a snowstorm and at least 10 inches of snow just to delay school openings.  When I was in college, the university rarely had snow days, yet they still didn’t plow the sidewalks!  I remember walking to class up to my knees in snow… and I still loved it.

Yeah, so?  It’s been snowing on and off for quite some time.  Wink  No snow days here!

They actually cleared off the windrows along the bus route by my place, so that was a nice treat!  No more 3 foot pile of snow for Darling Husband to have to park beside or to crawl over when trying to cross the street.
