Ugh… One week ago I commented on this thread and was one of those who didn’t think it hurt so much to have my copper IUD inserted. But… Then my period started. OMG! The pain! I had horrific cramps. I just couldn’t take it anymore and called my gynaecologists and made an appointment to have it removed. But guess what! Just a few hours after I called her, the IUD came out of itself! Yeah, the pain was the IUD making its way out. After only three weeks! After all that pain I must say I was relieved that it came out and I didn’t had to wait for my appointment. IUD is not for me apparently.

I loved my mirena at first. I call it the “set it and forget it” form of birth control. Had it put in in October 2013. I have bad cramps with it in, and also lately I’ve been getting my period/ spotting all the damn time! My period lasts almost 2 weeks and I’m over it. I think I’ll try paraguard or implanon next.

Cheekie0077:  There are COMPLETELY NATURAL ways to get rid of cysts and fibroids, I’ve done it myself and the results were amazing. So many wonderful herbs and natural supplements that do WONDERS, with zero side effects. I was on hormones for years as a teenager, and it nearly killed me. I almost went blind and got a horrific migraine which still bothers me even in my thirties, though less often. I HATE, HATE, HATE hormonal pills and the demon-‘genius’ who created them!!

All the following are extremely helpful, and can be used separately or together, anyhow you like – Shatavari, Saw Palmetto, Agnus Castus, Ginger, Aloe Vera juice, Spirulina, Chlorella, Flax oil…the list goes on and on, nature is full of options and wonderful ways to heal your body, WITHOUT harming it and without causing you pain and distress!
