I just dropped $70 on this little beauty on the J Crew sale site.
I also picked up this beautiful cotton dress on Ebay (and if I can say so it looks FREAKIN GORGEOUS ON ME).
Now please help me decide. We’re having a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (catered meal for 28 at a friend’s house) 2 days before the wedding, and a casual family BBQ the day before. Which dress for which event?

The red dress looks more casual, so I’d wear that to the BBQ. The white dress is simple, but you can dress it up with chandelier earrings and pretty heels for the rehearsal dinner.

Wear the poppy colored dress to the BBQ….you don’t want sauce-y hand prints from all those hugs or any other mishaps from a BBQ to get on that lovely dress 🙂

They are both cute dresses! I would go white for the rehearsal dinner and red for the BBQ.

I’d wear the red dress to the BBQ and the white one to the rehearsal dinner. I wouldn’t want to get BBQ sauce on my white dress!!

You don’t want to get BBQ on that beautiful white dress! I say the white number for the rehearsal and the red one for the BBQ. The red one looks more casual than the white one too.

I always make an effort to NOT wear WHITE to a BBQ. But thats just me and my clumsy self! lol
White for Rehearsal and Red for BBQ =)

Cute dresses! I would say the white dress would be better for the rehearsal, and the red one for the BBQ.

I would wear the red dress for the bbq because if you are anything like me you might end up spilling all over youself!

Haha same as other posters…white at a BBQ = potential disaster.

I like the red dress for the BBQ and the white dress for the rehearsel!

I think the white is perfect for rehearsal and the red is perfect for a bbq, so there ya go!

Slam Dunk consensus!! LOL. I agree all the way. BBQ-red. Rehearsal-white. Super cute dresses Beluga!!

Red for the BBQ and white for the rehearsal.

I really hate when these threads get controversial. Please stop with the arguing and personal attacks.
