I’m trying!  but it’s not easy!  I know it’s not going to be for a while (probably July at the earliest)… So I’m hanging in there (and counting down the months! lol)

All I can do is enjoy!! hah I have so many other things to take care of like law school applications and entrance exams that I just know that will be the icing on the cake. From the looks of it, it won’t happen for another year or two ๐Ÿ™ but o well I have my own things to keep me busy til then. Goodluck!! and have lots of fun!

But the question is how long SHOULD you wait? If it’s meant to be it will be or at least that’s what I’m going by anyway LOL ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m going to enjoy it. Especially since he said we’ll get married in 2011 today! So, I guess my old timeline might have to be adjusted.LOL

I DO like waiting for things. Kinda like summer vacation (even though I’m the eacher now) counting down the days to get out is half the fun!

yup! considering that we’ve been effectively waiting for a few years already, there’s no point for me to get all in a tizzy. i know we’re going to get married and we discuss it fairly often so i’m just sitting back and enjoying these moments as they come. its such a freeing feeling!

@VikingPrincess: Good for you! I’m trying really hard to do the same thing, but man, it is really hard!

I do have a strong feeling that J will propose in the next few months, but I’m going crazy not knowing for sure! I just keep trying to tell myself that once it happens, it won’t happen again, so I might as well try to have fun waiting and wishing for this “Christmas” that’s only going to come once!

I’m trying (emphasis on “trying”) to let it ride for 2010, because it is making me a crazy woman.  I KNOW he’s not going to propose any time soon, and honestly, if I think about it any more, it just makes me sad.

Enjoy the anticipation!  Even though you’re anxious for a ring and wedding planning, once it happens you;ll never get to go back to how it felt waiting and wondering in excited anticipation

I’m in for enjoying the anticipation… I think I am getting a tax return ring ๐Ÿ™‚ maybe as soon as march (it’ll be our 5 year anniversary then and we’re planning for a wedding in the fall) and i’m so excited to be married. It’s frustrating sometimes, and I totally get impatient, but I’m trying to enjoy. Plus, now that I’ve been around the boards a bit, this is a good outlet for me ๐Ÿ™‚
