Awesome, I’m glad you are doing what you feel is best for you. Hopefully, everyone supports it, if not just remember its your wedding.

Thats awesome! I thought about doing that too. That’s really sweet your mom is so excited too. Sounds like a good plan.

Good for you! It’s your wedding, do what makes YOU happy. The father-daughter dance is special too, so hopefully your dad recognizes that you still want to make him part of your day.

I totally understand and I think everyone will understand your decision.  It’s your day and you should give those moments to those who you think deserve them 🙂

I’m sure everyone will understand. I told my bio dad that he was only in my life in the beginning, my step dad (who is the one I talk about as being my “dad” pretty much) has been in my life for the past 10 years or so, but I have an uncle who I am very close too and who has always been in life, will be walking me down the aisle. It was so hard to tell everyone though but after all was said and done everyone was happy! And loved my decision.

Just do what feels right to you, it’s your day, not your Dad’s!
