secretbee33:  I got my first pedi for my wedding 2 years ago and loved it! It felt way different than getting my nails done (which I hate). It was very relaxing. I had it done again before I gave birth in March.

secretbee33:  They don’t push your cuticles back – the thought of that makes me sick. Ahh, I wouldn’t be able to handle it!

I agree with PPs – be careful where you go. I got some sort of fungus from one (TMI) and it was so gross. Now I just read reviews and make sure I see them cleaning the station if someone was there before me. Also, I’m really ticklish and I’ve almost kicked the girl in the face before so prepare for that if you’re ticklish! I hope you enjoy it!

whoa_its_ash:  i’ve had a million pedicures in my life, and every single time, my cuticles have been pushed back, and trimmed if needed. it’s part of the standard practice. i don’t know where you’re going, but cuticles should be pushed back.

I only do manicures, I can’t stand people touching my feet that I don’t know or even people I do know for that matter. I always do my own pedicures. To me there is not relaxing, but extremely stressful. I also don’t like massages because no matter who’s doing it, it’s just down right creepy! I’m weird like that.

beenonymous765:  Hmm maybe I just never noticed,  I notice on my fingers, but not the toes. My bad. Either way its painless and nothing to stress over.
