I feel the first dress is way more flattering on you and makes you appear smaller. (which is a good thing)

@braverbeating:  I LOVE the Mori Lee. It is one of the most stunning wedding dresses I’ve ever seen.

However, it does not look good on you. It’s better than the first one, but surely you can find a similar style to the More Lee which is more flattering. Your torso is too short for this dress. The belt hits you in the wrong place (looks like the top is being pushed out by your boobs?), the sleeves do not fit your shoulders properly . . .  everything just looks wrong, it makes you look like you have no shape.

Maybe it’d look better if it was properly tailored for you, but I doubt that’ll solve the height problem. That dress was made for a woman at least a foot taller than you.

I think you & your friend got carried away by the beauty of the dress. It IS beautiful, but doesn’t work on you. At all. You have a good figure and good tastes, I’m sure you’ll find a dress that makes you look gorgeous.

Hope you post an enagagement thread soon!

Oooo!  That Mori Lee gown is stunning!  You look realy great in that dress but like many pp’s I’m going to advise that you wait until you’re engaged.  I didn’t try dresses on until after Fiance and I were engaged and my tastes changed.  We’re having a two year engagement and when I went to pick out my dress this summer, the dresses I liked were completely different from the dresses I tried on right after we got engaged.

@valintine:  I kind of agree about height.
I think you would look extremely beautiful with something that showed your curves off better. Long sleeved dresses are usually for women with smaller chests.
    Accentuate what you have! 🙂

The Mori Lee is beautiful for sure but you may surprise yourself by loving something else too!

On an unrelated note… WHAT IS UP WITH THE MODEL’S FACE IN THAT SECOND PIC?!?
