I woke up at 1am with extreme upset stomach. NO vomiting but did do the other thing. Same thing again at 4am but not as bad. At 5:30 I’m feeling better. I called the clinic and they said I should be okay at proceed with my FET as long as I’m feeling better and not worse and have no other symptoms. Im nervous.

I spoke with the dr and the nurse and they said I can take Imodium and come in for the transfer or cancel the cycle. I going to take the Imodium and hope for the best. I can’t believe of all the days for this to happen!

MrsBG :  I’m thinking about you today! ❤️ Don’t forget Brazil nuts and pineapple core.

Ive been MIA a bit lately. I’m trying to get myself back to normal after ER. I’m going to my works free clinic today because I’m worried something is off. I still feel pain and tightness around my ovaries and cannot get a normal Bridesmaid or Best Man for the life of me. I’ve taken over 20 laxatives/stool softeners and I’ve barely gone twice and it was basically nothing. I have no idea what to do at this point. Did anyone else have similar symptoms a week and a half out? I have IBS so constipation is a norm for me anywyas.. I’m wondering if that’s just making it worse for me and why I feel pain in that general area as well.

I hope everyone is doing well. For those of you who did FET, what things did you do to prep? I’ve started drinking RRL tea and POM juice. What about castor oil packs? Etc?

Excited To Bee :  I have no advice on the constipation, but it does sound like you should be seen, maybe you need Rx strength medication.  What I used w/ my last successful FET was RRL tea, Pom juice, brazil nuts, L-arginine, and Vit E

You know what I realized the other day as my husband was giving me the PIO shot? That no matter how we try to get pregnant, it always ends up with me laying in bed naked with him on top of me sticking it in me.

niki1983 :  I definitely got some nerves right before hand but I was definitely sick last night.  I’m not sure if I feel better because I’m excited or I actually feel better.  I don’t have an appetite yet though 🙁

Excited To Bee : Thanks!  I didn’t do anything to prep for my transfer.  I did quit caffiene and most alcohol during my retreival cycle.

soontobemrs1011 :  Totally Murphsy’s law.  I got a little emotional this morning because I was so sad that I was sick.  I didn’t expect any of this infertility shit when deciding to TTC for #2 so I was just frustrated that another thing went not according to plan.

YogaMama : Thanks.  I’m cautiously optimistic at this point!

So the transfer was quick and easy.  It was embarrasing having everyone at the clinic know about my upset stomach though.  I felt immediately better once we started the procedure and we were talking with everyone.  I think the excitment took away the nausea.  Our top embryo thawed nicely and was transferred!  I cried after watching the transfer.  It has been a long road!

Here are a couple pics we got.  First of the transfer, then the embryo.  We found out that are three embryos are 2 girls and 1 boy (we already have a son) so we are super excited!  We don’t know which sex was transferred.
