I can’t imagine being at a wedding and thinking to myself “the bride chose a white dress and ivory tablecloths? Quelle horreur!”

Its fine 😊

More than 99% of people would look at ivory and say it was white. Same with cream, offwhite, pearl, diamond white, snow, eggshell, ecru, bone or any other shade that people come up with. 

Don’t worry, this is one of those situations where weddings destroy your sense of what’s normal.

dannie08 :  Unless you are holding up tablecloths to your dress saying “look at the color difference” I’m not sure anyone will care or notice. As a PP said white/ivory/cream tend to look alike. Get the dress.
