hello bees! I need some help!
We went in the other day to pick out our suits and we fell in love with ones that were light grey. Ivory shirts does not look good with grey so it would have to be a crisp white. However, the sales attendent told me that the men really shouldn’t wear the white if I’m wearing an ivory dress since the colours will clash. I really don’t want to switch suits.
What do you all think?
Will the colour difference really be that noticable under all the clothing? Will it show up in the pictures?

Here’s a picture to help you judge for yourself. My Father-In-Law shirt is white, my dress is ivory. My husband’s shirt is light green, but his tie is VERY white.

My friend had an ivory dress and the guys wore white, you couldn’t tell at all. I think the ivory shirts sometimes look yellow/dirty. Unless your dress is VERY dark ivory I don’t think anyone will notice.

I don’t think anyone’s going to notice. It’s more important to go with the suits you really like. If for some strange reason it is too visible in pictures, I bet your photographer could help even it out a little bit.
