I tried on my AA 2243 dress in Ivory and I ordered it in Ivory. White made me look too washed out. This is me in the Ivory Sample:

Mine did not look yellow at all to me or anyone who came with me. Most of the time we had to ask to be sure if it was white or ivory. Only when put next to a white dress could you really see the difference. I did try on one dress that was “gold” with “champagne lace overlay” and that was yellow – my Mom noticed right away!

So yes, skin tone definitely plays into how it look on every person. I didn’t get to try my dress on in white but I tried on enough white dresses to know it didn’t look as good on me as the ivory.

Either way it’s a beautiful dress!!

Here’s a little comparison: IVORY LEFT and WHITE RIGHT.

I think both look beautiful. So go with what you think looks best on you.
