First off–the cans are definitely more cost effective. But I just LOVE the look of the glass bottles. It breaks down to about:
2.50 each for a bottle
or <1.00 each per can.
Is this something you would splurge on, or would you just get the cans, forgo the decorative aspect, and call it a day?

Love Izze. Great Product, Great Company. The cans may be less expensive but they are smaller, too. About 2/3 the volume of the bottles.
I would contact the company directly about about buying their product in bulk for a wedding. Mention how much you love Izze and their commitment to the environment and global education. You might be able to get a discount, at least. Using their product at the wedding, and making a commitment to recyle/reuse the bottles would be a perfect addition to their social networking campaign.

@Quietserenity: I would splurge. I think those bottles are cute. We’re considering having them in our wedding.

While I think the bottles are cute, I think the cans are just as cute. It’s all about the pretty colors, right? I voted for cans only because my issue with the bottles is that they’re HUGE. Since Izze has flavors people are somewhat less familiar with, it would be a bummer to try out a new flavor, end up not liking it, and having to finish off the whole bottle. Plus, part of the fun for your guests would be in getting to try more than one flavor, something that’s easier to do if you go with the cans.

Oh yum, we love Izze at our house. A bit spendy so we don’t have it often.
But anyway I don’t like the taste in the can. I’m one of those people who thinks canned stuff tastes a little “funny”. I’d still drink it but I prefer the taste of the bottled soda.
Dangit, now I want Izze at my reception! Oh well. I am pretty sure there will be an “afterparty”. I’ll get some for that.
