@mssocks: The back doesn’t look that low. They make a lot of convertible bras that have a “low back” option as one of the ways to wear them. That way your girls wouldn’t have to do strapless bustiers.

Are you looking for a bra that works? Or something like a modesty panel/faux cami that could get put across the front?

They do make faux cami panels.

Why don’t you find some similar colored chiffon and have a seamstress line the neckline and back with it like J. Crew was doing with their sweaters a few seasons ago. I have a v-neck that has a quarter inch of chiffon in the V. *grumble grumble* can’t find a picture of what I’m talking about to demonstrate the concept.  Like this sweater http://svpply.s3.amazonaws.com/small/8208.jpg with a”V” of chiffon so it’s not as low *hoping this makes sense*
