    I agree. Their professional finished product photos look nothing like the examples of real rings they’ve created. They need to fix that. I didn’t let it deter me from making several purchases from them, however.

    alybetter :  Yeah, I also think this is something they need to change. I totally looked over the setting I chose at first because it looked super ugly with their CADs they have and the hand model pics. It wasn’t until I saw pictures of the “recently purchased” rings that I realized it was actually a pretty ring!

    Exactly. It’s one thing to have a professional video of your product. Of course it’s going to look perfect. It’s another when that image doesn’t look like what actually comes out of the mold. I don’t want to hate on JA, because they’ve got a really good thing going.
