First time poster here. Just wondering if anyone has purchased a lab diamond from James Allen before?
Their prices seem to be much more affordable than other sellers that I have seen online.
I could not find many reviews online, especially in regards to quality.

Their diamonds are as good as any other vendor but I found their round brilliant diamonds to be more expensive than some others. I’d also check out Clean Origin. I did a ton of research and found them to be less expensive than everywhere else and they are quite reputable in the lab grown diamond industry. Check out the lab grown diamond section of Pricescope. There is a vendor list and lots of info.

Didn’t buy from James Allen, but just wanted to chime in and say you can ask a reputable jeweler to source a lab diamond for you. That’s what my fiance did, and he said he much preferred being able to see them in person and choose between a few, and the prices were no different than the ones online.

James Allen is now associated with Zales and the latter are known for overcharging for less than stellar diamonds, much like Jared. I would keep on shopping and explore my options elsewhere. @runningmama has great suggestions. 🙂

Agreeing with @hickoryhills, we went to a local jeweler and she was able to source lab diamonds for us. There was also a second choice jeweler we found who would have done the same. It was nice to see them in person and set them in the setting we were looking at.
