Hi I would love to help! I had the most amazing experience with James Allen they did everything to make sure I had the best ring possible. Super easy to use the website and diamond quality is unreal . People always ask if mine is a Tiffany ring because it sparkles so much. My ring is a cushion cut 1.50 CT vvs1 H color with a dainty halo. .My ring size is 4.50 . Once I made the ring they sent it within 2 weeks which was super fast! I highly recommend them. Not the best picture but at least you have some sort of idea.

Hope this helps and happy shopping!!

ps. I HATE MY HANDS!

My fiancé says he will recommend James Allen to anyone, they were extremely helpful and ended up having a phone conversation for over an hour sending him pictures and videos of different center stones. He wanted to propose a certain date so they put a rush on my ring and got it to him days before he had hoped.

i also had a negative experience getting my JA ring sized at a private store at home. I ended up sending my ring back to JA and they were able to size and fix it free of charge due to being in the first 60 days of buying it.

Of course- I love my ring ๐Ÿ™‚ .9 center stone I color 1.25 total

James Allen cascading pave setting with oec moissanite. They were great to work with and had originally set my ring with a pink asha. I had the center stone updated by my local jeweler a couple months ago. He was surprised with the quality of the ring and thought we paid a lot of money for it. My setting was around $900 and is very heavy. Our intern at work also has a James Allen ring and she also said they were great.

We had a great experience with James Allen! Took a awhile to find the exact diamond I wanted but they were super helpful!!! Mines a 1.31 cushion center H VS1. Super simple but so sparkly!!! I’d recommend them to everyone.  Other jewelry stores were so pushy to make the sale, was a real turnoff. James Allen was great!!! Getting our wedding bands from them also!

I looked at James Allen, but I didn’t like that their pave settings were so small – I felt it was easier for one to fall out.  I wanted more of a 2mm width and when I asked them, they said they couldn’t change their settings.

I ended up going with Adiamor which is located in LA, same customer service guarantees, and they have the diamond district right there so my consultant could go look at diamonds in person as well.  I loved this setting – the Large halo cushion.  I did the cushion setting with a princess cut diamond and matching wedding band – it sparkles huge and I get compliments on it all the time!!

Love my James Allen ring, and my fiancé seems to have had a good buying experience (and picked a gorgeous stone through them), so I’d definitely recommend them!

We had a very good experience with James Allen and would definitely recommend them if you are considering purchasing a ring online. Their detailed photos of each diamond are really helpful in choosing the exact one that is right for you. Their staff was very helpful and communicative throughout the order and ring making process.  My ring has a 3.0 ct center round diamond in the James Allen falling halo setting, ring size is 7.75.

My engagement ring is from James Allen it’s a 0.99ct diamond clarity I1, colour E on a size 6.25 finger. My husband didn’t know a lot about the 4 c’s (neither did I before joining wedding bee) and just went for the biggest stone he could afford at the time, if he had known he probably would of gone for a smaller stone with better clarity but I love it anyway because it’s slight imperfections make it unique to me ๐Ÿ˜Š He said they were very helpful

I had a great experience! I loved that I could 360 the diamond. We didn’t end up getting my setting from them, we bought it loose and had it set elsewhere, but the first one we ordered wasn’t up to our expectations so the exchange was easy and pain free! I can’t wait to upgrade with them too โ˜บ๏ธ

We had a great experience with JA, wonderful customer service, and no quality issues – my engagement and wedding ring are both from them.

I love my ring from James Allen. It’s been 7 months since we got engaged and I still catch myself admiring it ๐Ÿ™‚ the experience was a little disappointing because my fiancé and I picked out the diamond together, however I wanted to keep part of it traditional and a surprise. I knew the diamond had come in but I wasn’t sure when or how he would propose and how he would have it set. Well, months went by and I was just letting him take his time. Honestly, the longer that time went by, the more I really had no clue what he was going to do….that is until I got an email from James Allen saying my ring had been ordered….and with allllll the details ๐Ÿ˜‚ I guess it’s partly our fault since my email was somehow tied to the account from the diamond but my fiancé said he told the lady the setting was a surprise. Apparently after the phone order she reviewed everything and confirmed an email had been sent to me. My poor fiancé said he got so mad and upset. Bless. Oh well, it’s still beautiful and I love him very much and would order from JA again for the simple fact my ring is beautiful

I’ve been stalking these boards for a while but had to pitch in with a good word for JA. Just got engaged last week and we had an amazing experience with JA. All of their customer service agents are friendly and honest and did everything they could to help my diamond clueless fiancé ๐Ÿ˜‰ get the best ring for his money. He also apparently pestered them about delivery time and they were able to rush production a couple of days for his Christmas Eve proposal.

Also, I found my SAME exact diamond – same GIA # – on consignment at Kays (just looking out of curiosity- we would never buy from Kay) for DOUBLE the price. (I only know how much he spent because I had to add the ring to my home owner’s insurance.)

And honestly, my diamond looks sooo much better in person than it did on their website thanks to their 40x zoom. They really are completely transparent and have nothing to hide.

The ring is incredibly high quality and well made.

The above is in a dimly lit room reflecting some colored Christmas lights.

And this is the 40x zoom screen shot on the JA website.

Great experiences with James Allen here! I’ve had 3 of their rings (one EC diamond with 2 different JA settings and my current Square EC ring set.)  My husband did the transactions (after I haunted the site searching for stones lolz) & everything seems to have gone smoothly, the trade-in process included. For this last set, they made a custom wedding band too. They do great work!
