My fiancé got my ring from James Allen. He talked with someone on the phone for hours who spent time with his budget sending different stones back and forth. He also had a short deadline and wanted the ring two weeks later. James Allen did everything they could to rush the ring and he got it in time for my proposal.

I also got my ring sized at home and they did a TERRIBLE job, I was so upset. However I sent it back to James Allen and they fixed my ring free of charge.

So all in all we had a great experience 🙂

We went with James Allen and we’re very glad we did.  We researched and shopped around for months for the perfect ring because we really wanted it to be my forever ring.  Local brick and mortar couldn’t get anywhere near the ct size I wanted within budget, and always ended up trying to talk us into upping the budget.

We looked at several online options but ended up going with JA because we could see every stone at 20x magnification.   The customer service was great, and most importantly we are thrilled with the finished product.  I’ve had my ring 7 months and there hasn’t been a single day that I don’t look at it and think how beautiful it is and how much I love it.  It is my dream ring.

natalievel :  Darling Husband got my ering from James Allen. He said they were great to work with. He ordered my ring, and it went on sale a couple days later, and he called in and they immediately refunded him the difference of what he paid and the sales price, which I thought was nice. My only advice is to look at the photos of actual customer rings rather than the main photo they show. My ring looks kinda different from the stock photo – and the part I really liked about the stock photo is not actually noticable in the ring.

This is my ring:
https://www.jamesallen.com/engagement-rings/pave/14k-white-gold-thin-french-cut-pave-set-diamond-engagement-ring-item-7092 and the thing I really liked was how the pave had space in between each stone and it looked like there was a divot between each diamond.

Here’s my ring

The spaces arent noticeable at all in person. It’s still a beautiful ring, and I love it! I’ve heard a couple other bees say the same thing – that the stock photo can be a bit misleading, so check out the “recently purchased” photos instead for a better idea of what the ring will actually look like.

Hi! Mine is from JA! The experience was great and we loved seeing the diamonds so up close! I got a beautiful sparkly diamond for much less than going to the jewelry store! Highly recommend!

My ring is from James Allen! We had a pretty smooth and straightforward experience ordering with them and feel like we got a great price for my ring. I LOVE it, and while I can’t speak to the longevity of the ring having only had it for 2 months, it’s definitely high quality. I would also echo what others have said about relying more on the customer photos than their stock photos. My ring looks totally different than the stock photo and I would have passed it up entirely had I not looked at the customer pictures!

We went with the Modern Tulip setting from James Allen, and, after MUCH angsting, sent my grandmother’s diamond to them to be set in it. Their customer service was excellent- I spoke with them extensively as you might imagine that I was nervous to FedEx my grandmother’s heirloom stone, and each customer service agent was knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, when my setting went on sale a few weeks after delivery, they honored the sale price. The ring is well made and exactly what I hoped it would be. Would wholeheartedly recommend working with them.

I almost ordered a ring from James Allen because I loved that I could view the diamond from all angles and the customer service was great about answering questions. But, I ended up ordering from Adiamor. They have a lot of pictures and videos of their diamonds and if they don’t have a picture, you can request that they send you a picture. Their pricing was a lot better. My ring turned out PERFECT! I absolutely LOVE my ring and I would recommend this company over James Allen just because the price was better. Just thought I would let you know in case you want to explore other online options. =)

I posted a couple pictures so you could see my ring. They also have more options of rings settings and bands. Good luck with your ring shopping!

My brother got his fiance’s ring from James Allen, with help from me and my husband. It turned out absolutely beautiful! He had a fairly tight budget for what he wanted (~$3500). We did a lot of research and hunting, and found an absolutely beautiful stone for the money. His fiance wanted a simple setting, so he could put most of his budget towards the stone. We were all impressed with the final product (which I unfortunately don’t have a good photo of).
