summerlove23 :  of course you can! We have some strong male factor infertility too. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Hoping your RE appt goes well and you come out of it with some good information, and some thought provoking topics to talk about to get you closer to a baby. It is scary, but after that first appointment I felt more comfortable with the fact that their job is to get you pregnant…..and knowledge is power. It is easier (and hard at the same time) to know and be able to figure out the next steps, and a plan B.

tulipdazey :   larissakay :  heartandstars :   NicoleLyn1218 :  thanks for welcoming me bees <3 <3 <3

Maybe I should also join the February board, the more I think about it, I doubt much of anything will be really happening in January, I just wanted to join in the community in the meantime.

Oddly enough, I already feel so much pressure lifted, just knowing I can put this process into an expert’s hands.  I used the holiday away to take a complete break from thinking about everything, stopped temping for the time being.  Feels amazing actually to just let it go.

ugh I’m fx fx fx there’s something the RE thinks they can work with tomorrow.

summerlove23 :  I’m on to February already as I have my period and longer cycles. We are still trying especially around our fertile window but I don’t even track BD until fertile window time. Lol. Anyways. My husband has been diagnosed with azoospermia and has been taking Clomid since november. He has a SA on Monday to see if it helped make any spermies, and then an appt with his urologist (specializes in male infertility) the next week. We did have a discussion earlier in the week, and he wants to use donor sperm if there are none found next week. We have been discussing it since the end of October but only lightly (after our first big discussion) because I know he needed time to research and think before coming to the conclusion on his end, even though I knew he would get there with time. It’s been rough but brought us closer. Communication is huge; you will get through this with the help of specialists and a lot of talking. Fx your appointment goes well. Keep us updated!

tulipdazey :  My follicles ranged from 6-13 mm at my first follicle scan so 9 mm seems right on track.  Your other follies have time to catch up.  I also stimmed super fast due to PCOS.

tulipdazey :  Believe me, I understand.  I google EVERYTHING which probably isn’t a good thing hahaha but it helps me feel in control as possible to know everything I can.

NicoleLyn1218 :  I’m keen to hear the results of your D.H’s next SA on Monday! I hope clomid helped 🤞

tulipdazey :  My doc kept his mouth shut re: exact measurements of my follies, and I’m kind of glad he did otherwise I would have been worrying too 😬

AFM: Got a positive OPK yesterday on CD11!!! We were told to BD CD11-15 on Femara, but we started CD10 thankfully (If I O today!). This feels unreal, I’m so used to peeing on OPKs from CD13 to CD23 some cycles 😳

RaccoonKitty :  thank you!!!! I’m anxious to know too. And I just realized today I should have made an appt with our RE for February, knowing months ago this would be the timing of tests. I will be calling Monday and hopefully can get in to see her soon.

Wahooooo for ovulation way earlier!!!!!!!!!!!!

summerlove23 :  of course you can join! I’m sorry you have to, but there is no better or more supportive group of ladies on the internet for helping you through this. I’m so sorry about your husband’s SA and I hope when you get in to see a specialist, they are able to offer solutions.

SLOBee :  oo! Any news on the O front? How’s your BD marathon going?

mrsalexander :  FX those negatives turn to positives!

cbn8787 :  so sorry to hear love 😞

AFM, my lining finally made it above 7mm so I am a go for my FET next Thursday! Started progesterone today. I am simultaneously hopeful and terrified to be hopeful.

AF just started which is actually fine as I have a date to go for my laparoscopy now in 10 days and AF needs to be over for that.

I doubt I’ll be able to try again til March due to the recovery time but will see.

Is there anyone who had a lap who has any tips? I’m terrified of surgery, I’ve been crying a lot about it and was shaking like a leaf at my pre op assessment so any tips to stay calm would be good.

Anyone able to say how long they took off work for a lap and how long after they had to wait to TTC?

sleepymelis :  good luck for the FET! All the baby dust to you <3

cbn8787 :  sorry you’re out 🙁

mrsalexander :  FX for you!

RaccoonKitty :  that’s early for a pos opk but sounds like you’ve had good timing!

NicoleLyn1218 :  FX for your husband’s SA.

summerlove23 :  totally can imagine putting it in an experts hands would in many ways be a relief. I find timing BD a massive pressure.

tulipdazey :  I don’t know the answer to your question as we’re not at ivf yet but just wanted to wish you lots of luck.
