@SaraP2012:  I’m glad that the water and bananas helped!  Leg cramps are the worst!

Also, l started drinking a little glass of coconut water before bedtime – it was my little unscientific experiment b/c coconut water (which has started appearing all over NYC convenience stores and delis w/out added sugar) supposedly has potassium and is a good source of electrolytes.  Thankfully, the night-time cramping has calmed down a lot…

My very unscientific guess based on my old track coach and my experiment is that these cramps have something to do with electrolytes… I was nervous to try the calcium-magnesium supplements that worked for ScottishMrs b/c I’m already taking prenatals and an iron supplement among other things… but my unscientific research on Wikipedia says that electrolytes include potassium, magnesium, calcium…

@Foreverblonde345:  Third Trimester is crazy!  I want to cry all the time and I feel like the baby is sitting on my lungs… I would love to stay at home in bed all day long…

ScottishMrs – Thank you for the updated list.  It’s awesome!

@Foreverblonde345:  Ok I didn’t really have a crying stage at the beginning now all I want to do is cry.  Anytime I get mad or frustrated I feel the tears coming.  I’ve been trying to hold them in because I refuse to cry at work.

@ames12708:  I’ve been having Braxton Hicks since about 27-28 weeks.  I get stomach tighetning and also light cramping in my lower back.  I’m really afraid it’s a sign I’m going to have back labor.

I just have to say YAY I passed my glucose tolerance test. MW was worried I wouldn’t =D I’m sooooooo relieved! Also LO is head down already…or at least she was yesterday IDK if she will flip back or not…anyone know when the average time to flip and stay flipped is?

She is also feisty!! MW was feeling around for position and checking heartbeat/rate measuring my tummy..ect and she decided that was enough and kicked her harder than I’ve ever felt her kick! LOL it cracked me up and MW was like oh my goodness I’m sorry baby I’m almost finished!

Had my shower on Saturday and it was so much fun! This baby is SO spoiled already. I was so glad to see lots of family and friends I haven’t seen in a long time. I only got a few pictures on my camera, waiting for others to send me theirs. My cake was AMAZING <3

@ames12708:  My doctor told me that he wont check the position until 37 weeks or if I am in labor. He said the baby though head down at 30 weeks can still be breech when born .I know a lot of people who are already getting to position checked out so I guess it just depends on the doctor.  My doctor is one that tells me not to worry about anything until later… I dont really work that way but it is what it is lol

@SaraP2012:  She checks position at every apt so I’m not too worried about it either way. If there is any question as we get closer to a Dear Daughter then we will have another US

@ames12708:  lucky!! my doctor doesnt check anything. I asked him if I should know where the baby is becuase people I talk to know how the baby is situated and he said no, it doesnt matter how he is positioned until birth. Womp womp…

@SaraP2012:  awww boo…does he check the HB? Bc if so that gives you a good idea at least where the heart is so you can get an idea of postion..it’s probably silly at this point but I like knowing what she’s up to in there.

@ames12708:  yeah he checks it and I asked if thats where her heart would be and he said the doppler can pick up the HB in other places than right over his heart so I guess thats not a great answer. I am like tell me how my baby is positioned!! I would just like to know that what I am feeling is a head or butt or an arm or a leg. I know it doesnt really matter, it’s just nice to know.

@Lyndzo:  You look great and I love that cake…amazing!

Last night and today I’ve been experiencing some mild cramping on and off. It’s not super painful or anything…it feels like AF cramps and only lasts for about a minute at a time. I *think* it might be Braxton Hicks but I’m not sure.

@SaraP2012:  ahh she always uses both the dopplar and a fetascope….I hope that’s the right name… the stethoscope with the little extra piece lol. Bc my uterine artery messes with the dopplar sometimes she always has to try to seek LO out specifically.

@As_You_Wish:  I am pretty sure that is BH. I have been getting those sometimes too! Apparently you will know the difference in the real contractions.. that is what people tell me. Besides the ones I have had aren’t really measureable so no cause for concern.
