ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 35/ 30

Baby #: 2… baby girl is almost 6 months. I know it’s soon but I’ve got the fever, I want 3 more kids, and I’m older! Figure it can take a while anyhow

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: Dpo 2

Ovulation Date: dec 25

POAS Date: jan 10

Usual Cycle Length: 28 days before baby

Cycles Trying: #1… I am just getting my cycle back after having a baby and breastfeeding. Our chance this month is basically 0 since we bded only o+1 but I love to pee on sticks so thought I’d roll call anyway

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Prenatals (going to start on a higher quality one), fish oil, probiotic

Trying anything new this cycle: trying again!

Link to your chart if charting: not charting

For fun…where is the first place you want to go once things are opened back up?: st Petersburg… my brother moved there a year ago and I can’t wait to visit

ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 29/30

Baby #: 2

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD 28–Expecting AF tomorrow or the next day.

Ovulation Date: January 16th-ish

POAS Date: January 26

Usual Cycle Length: 29-40

Cycles Trying: I miscarried last month and this will be our first cycle back to actively TTC. Since the miscarriage, we haven’t been preventing but took it easy and thus missed my most fertile days this cycle. Prior to my miscarriage, we had one loosely TTC cycle which resulted in a BFN and one actively TTC which resulted in my failed pregnancy.

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Charting, OPKs, prenatals, progesterone.

Trying anything new this month: Supplemental progesterone during my luteal phase. I’ve considered trying inositol to hopefully help me ovulate earlier–but I haven’t decided. Not sure if it would actually work and I hate to mess my cycles up. Anyone have experience with inositol?

For fun…where is the first place you want to go once things are opened back up?: A store other than the grocery store! I missed Christmas shopping in person this year!

@dianaj17:  That’s awesome that you will be able visit your grandmother after you recover! This pandemic has got to be miserable for elderly people living alone.

Your age/ partner’s age: 32 for both

Baby #: 2 (daughter is 3yo)

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD 26, 1DPO

Ovulation Date: I *think* I ovulated yesterday. My body was trolling me all month with random EWCM and a few almost-positive OPKs but no temp shift. I finally got a blazing positive and copious EWCM (sorry) on Christmas and my temp rose this morning so I’m thinking I did ovulate yesterday.

POAS Date: January 4. The last few months my luteal cycles have been no longer than 9 days so that will be 9dpo. If my period isn’t here I’m going to test.

Usual Cycle Length: 26-27 days

Cycles Trying: This is 3rd

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Prenatals, extra folate, , OPKs, timed sex obviously

Trying anything new this month: I started taking B6 this month to try and lengthen my LP

For fun…where is the first place you want to go once things are opened back up?: We will hopefully be going on our dream trip up the west coast from CA to Seattle finally in May assuming COVID dies down a bit.

Roll Call

Your age/ partners age: 25/26

Baby #: 1

Current cycle day/DPO: CD 7

Ovulation date: I think the 7th January

POAS date: will try and hold out for the 19th, but realistically probably the 17th

Usual cycle length: 30- 31 days

Cyclea trying: 2

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): folate, OPKs, BD EOD. I’m thinking if we are having no luck by cycle 4-5 I will start temping, but being a notoriously poor sleeper I’m not sure how helpful it would be, plus I tend to get symptoms around O, so fairly happy our timing will be okay… I HOPE haha

Trying anything new this month: I really wanna hit O-1 so will be focussing on that haha

Link to chart if charting: Not Yet

For fun… Where is the first place you want to go once things are opened back up?: I’m an Aussie Bee, so really hoping they sort out the trans Tasman bubble so we can go to NZ (for what will now be a very very belated honey moon, fingers crossed it will also be a baby moon by the time we can go)

@dianaj17:  Thanks for hosting again, fingers crossed your hostess luck was merely delayed 🙂 Sorry to hear your suffering with Covid, but fingers crossed for a swift recovery, and enjoy seeing your Grandma!

@dianaj17:  Thank you…. And I had never heard of coq10 lengthening luteal phase–interesting!

@Cupcakenurse:  I have heard of many people having success with B6. I myself have a LP on the shorter side of normal (10-12 days) and the month I did get pregnant I was taking B6 for the first time. (only reason I won’t be taking it this cycle is because I will be on progesterone).

ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 34/33

Baby #: 2. It’s a possibility DD will share her birthmonth with the next if we’re lucky this cycle!

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD 1

Ovulation Date: Probably January 7th or 8th.

POAS Date: January 16th or 17th, knowing myself.

Usual Cycle Length: 28, usually.

Cycles Trying: 2nd

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Prenatals, timing, checking CM, probbaly be a little bit better about using OPKs.

Trying anything new this month: I think we’ll try and be better about EOD during my fertile window. And actually using more OPKs instead of just being like… oh yeah I should have used one of those this evening.

Link to your chart if charting: I don’t get enough sleep for that this time around.

For fun…where is the first place you want to go once things are opened back up?: Ohhh. I’d love to go back to Puerto Vallarta. It’s where we honeymooned (SEVEN YEARS AGO, sigh) and we dream of going back. And of course now we’re looking at throwing another kid into the mix so who knows when that’ll actually happen.

@dianaj17:  The food in PV! Yes! DH and I still reminisce about it. So delicious. Sorry that your DH didn’t escape covid. I think you’re doing the right thing, taking a more relaxed approach to this month. I hope your DH’s symptoms are mild. Take your time with the calendar. We understand!

ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 30/38

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD 3

Ovulation Date: January 7th

POAS Date: January 21st

Usual Cycle Length: ranges from 26-30 days…she likes to keep me guessing.

Cycles Trying: Cycle #4

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Prenatals, OPKs, temping, and probably just going to go with ever other day BDing.

Trying anything new this month: I think we’re going to go with every other day BDing from about CD 9 or 10 until about CD 20. My temping has not worked and I think it’s because I move around so much at night…I worry I’m not doing a good job of finding my actual O day….so we’ll just try for a bunch of BDing and cross our fingers this cycle! Ha!

Link to your chart if charting: I am tracking my BBT on Premom…but it’s nothing to see so I won’t link it.

For fun…where is the first place you want to go once things are opened back up?: We love Disneyland. We went there on our Honeymoon and had considered going for our next anniversary in April (like…pre-covid considered it) and obviously won’t be doing that anymore even with vaccines coming out. That’s a trip I’ll be excited to take. 🙂

@dianaj17:  Yeah – I KNOW I toss and turn all night and especially the hour or two before my alarm goes off and I get up. My chart just looks like a wavy line allllll the way through the month with no huge peaks or valleys. I’m going to keep temping for maybe a few more months and see if that every changes…but I’m not crossing my fingers. I’ve only done it through two cycles though.

My OPKs I’ve never gotten a BLARINGLY positive one…but I do get to where the test line is pretty much the same shade as the control line. If I’m being picky I’d say it’s not 100% as dark…but I’ve also read that some women just don’t have as strong of peak LH surges to make it be darker and I’m ok with that for now. And I’m also using the cheap-o ones. It seems to happen around when it should and maybe if I go a few more months with no BFP luck I may go in to get a few tests run…but for now I’m just staying hopeful.
