@ScottishMrs:  Ok, so actually that’s what has been going through my head over the past few days…what happened to Lyndzo and cowgirlace…  And my temps haven’t dropped…  I had one day that I hit coverline and then I popped back up – not super high or anything but I haven’t dropped below.  But I tested yesterday afternoon and this morning FMU – both negative.  I’m supposed to be 19DPO – I should be getting a + by now if I was actually pregnant.  …right?  Ugh.  I’ll admit, I ranted for a bit last night about how frustrated I am at my body – I never thought I’d be confused about whether or not I got my period.  I mean, really?  Ugh.

@AnnieGrace:  I love that story – awesome!  I can so see doing that…uh, sorry hon, you’ll have to feed the cats.  ;o)  (nevermind the cats don’t get fed in the morning…)

@ScottishMrs:  I keep forgetting to link to my chart now that I have it set up. I just need to fool with it a bit so you can see what’s going on – FF split it into two charts with the bleeding – but I’ll do that and then link it.

I used First Response tests.

The spotting on Monday was brown.  Everything else was pink or red…and I guess the best way to describe it is kinda thin.  Like normally there’s some small clots, dark dark red blood – there wasn’t any of that.  But it was more blood than what a pantiliner could handle on Friday/Saturday.

Well I’m sure AF is on her way either later today or tomorrow at the latest. I had some light brown color when wiping earlier, and that’s how she always lets me know she’s coming. ๐Ÿ™

@GearBride:  What kind of pg tests are you using?  It does sound like you probably just had a wonky period – a lot of us experience this when we start TTC, partly because we haven’t examined our periods so deeply in the past and partly because the hormones from birth control are still working their way out…and partly because our bodies just seem to mess with us when we’re TTC.  But your temps definitely seem odd if that was a period.

@GearBride:  I had legit red blood dripping in the toilet one time during the day along with all brown spotting the rest of the day for 3 days in a row, then on day 4 I got a BFP.  I was so convinced I just had my period that I drank some wine the night before I tested :S The ONLY clue I had was my temps staying up..and yours are still up so that is weird! I do agree with ScottishMrs though, that it appears you may have O’ed on CD27 and not what FF has due to the fertile CM days after the cross hairs.  This would also probably elevate your cover line, so who knows.  I know that Lyndzo barely got a positive on FRER though for a long while, so she ended up going in for a blood test to confirm.  Stupid bodies being all confusing! ๐Ÿ™

http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/cowgirlace  <– there’s my chart.  Keep in mind I had a pretty short LP, only 10 days first cycle off BCP, and only 9 days 2nd cycle off BCPs. I seriously thought I had an 8 day LP this last cycle bc I had all my normal PMS signs and I thought the bleeding I had was “heavy” enough to qualify as my period.

@cowgirlace:  I’m glad you mentioned this. . .I don’t temp, but I was wondering if implantation bleeding is common or rare.  Thanks for keeping my hope alive.

@ScottishMrs:  Thanks. BFN this eve too after a hold. UGH. Will test again maybe tomorrow in the AM. Or a few days. I dunno.

Cute little rise on your chart? Think AF still? Find it funny we’re both on 15DPO!

@ScottishMrs:  Ugh, I don’t have a regular LP at all. It’s all over the wacky place. Don’t think I O’d on CD24 or 26. There was a such a big shift upwards earlier. Plus around CD26 I was really sick. It’s frustrating because I’ve been soooo consistent with my temping this month in terms of timing, even during my strep throat. And it really seems like a clearer ‘normal’ chart to me than some of my other charts.

I get it on the hope factor. My DH keeps asking me if I’ve got a positive test. Or to be precise: did it take? lol.

Haven’t figured out what I’d do. I am thinking about the midwife stuff. I do the same. Lots of research!
