  • poll: What do you think of daycare for infants?

I wouldn't put my child in daycare, too risky

I would ONLY put my child in daycare after they are a toddler

I don't mind daycare, just have other sources

I plan on putting my baby in daycare

    congrats to all the bees!

rookie question for you – what time of the day do you test? google says in the morning – anyone test afternoon / evening?

Also, when should one go to the dr to confirm pg? As soon as you have a bfp? can they tell you the results whilst you are still there?

getting excited about joining these threads!

@Nic01:  It depends on how many DPO you are. I got a strong positive in the afternoon at 14dpo. If you do test in the afternoon do a 4 hour hold and try not to drink anything.

@phoebephoebo:  thanks for the response. I’m about 10dpo & af due tomorrow . unsure if I can do 4 hr hold!looks like it would be easier in the am.

i cannot imagine going to work after getting a bfp! Maybe ill wait until sat- either af will be here or we’ll be celebrating ..

@Nic01:  I think you’re right. If you get a squinter it just causes lots of stress and you’re still waiting. At least thia way you’ll know.

I know I shouldn’t have. but I poas again. Even lighter line. I’m not very hopeful. Trying to work out a time to get blood draws. I’m pretty sure this is a chemical.

@MrsFireChief:  Please stop worrying and stressing out! If it really it’s a chemical, there is nothing you can do to prevent it by worrying. I’m talking from my current experience, I took a test this morning and it’s not darker, it’s still faint, there is nothing I can do until I have my blood test today to confirm if my levels doubled, so I’m not thinking about it until I get results, there is nothing I can do to change the situation.

Please go to the doctor and schedule a blood test. I have you in my thoughts and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this will be your rainbow baby 🙂

I’m not stressing really…just trying to keep y’all in the loop. I know there isn’t anything I can do about it.  Really just kinda frustrated and venting more than anything.  I know it’s good that I can get pregnant.  Just needed someplace to get it out of my system really is all I’m doing. what will be will be.

@Turtle83:  When will they have the results back for you? I’m hoping so hard for you today!

@MrsFireChief: I understand that – it’s good to be able to voice your thoughts, I think. Would you be able to get in to get a couple of blood draws like Turtle is doing to see if your numbers are going up? I know there’s nothing to be done either way, but it might be better to go get those tests done, so you can have a better idea of what’s happening. That type of wait just kills me, so I’d probably be wanting to go get the tests if my doctor’s office was willing to do them.

@BellaDee:  Ladies thank you so much for the good thoughts these days. I really appreciate them! I just got the call from my doctor and my levels went down to 6, so this pregnancy is not viable.

I’m really sad, this is the 4th chemical in 6 cycles trying, these can’t be all flukes, and there must be something wrong with me. I feel sad, angry, and kind of silly for feeling this way. I know I can’t compare how I feel with women who have miscarried later on their pregnancies, so I feel like I have nobody to talk to. Rant over.

At least I’m working from home today and my coworkers won’t see me crying. I want to finish my work for the day, and go take a nap. I’m skipping class tonight.

@Turtle83:  Oh God, I’m so sorry to hear that. You absolutely have every right to feel the way you are. I’ve had a mc and can’t imagine how stressful and heartbreaking it is for you each month TTC. Your new doctor must now have some idea of what you are feeling now and maybe could do tests to see if they can do something to prevent this from happening again. Once again I’m so sorry xxx
