  • poll: What do you think of daycare for infants?

I wouldn't put my child in daycare, too risky

I would ONLY put my child in daycare after they are a toddler

I don't mind daycare, just have other sources

I plan on putting my baby in daycare

Are you guys using any apps to track AF and FW? I’ve been using one called “Love Cycles” to track AF for the last 8 cycles and it’s pretty accurate in prediciting AF and O dates, basing it off of O symptoms.  If we don’t get PG within the next few months, I will start charting temps.  This app has a place to record temps, weight, BD, and symptom notes. I was just wondering because this morning it lost all my “notes” I’ve put in and it only retained my AF dates. Before I realized it did this, I backed it up to my memory card, so I can’t restore it.  Any reliable apps out there?

I’m only 5DPO and already symptom spotting like a crazy person.  Yesterday, I just felt “off”.  Last night and today I’ve had mild cramping.  Usually, I don’t really cramp from AF until after it starts. I’ve also felt like I was coming down with a cold this morning, but it could be this NC weather…12 degrees one day, 60 the next is not good for my sinuses!

@minniemluv:  I’m sorry about the rollover. I’ll be on my 8th cycle if we don’t get a BFP this month. So I can relate to how you’re feeling. It is discouraging! I hope you get your BFP soon!

@MissCountryGirl727:  I am such a symptom spotter, too… It’s strange, one second I think that the cramping is not a usual cramping and then I think I am probably more aware of every twinching and pinching that happens right now πŸ™ I am 5 DPO/6 DPO…

In some moments I just can’t believe that a pregnany can actually happen although hubby and I are healthy and don’t have any conditions (so that we know of) that could prevent me from getting pregnant… Do you feel the same?

I cross my fingers that this is your month!!! All the best for you πŸ™‚

@anni_bride:  I feel the same as you! I was feeling some major symptoms for the past several days – I’m five days away from AF at this point – or 8 DPO. And all of a sudden today, nothing. No more back pain…no cramps. I was sure it all meant something. But today I feel totally different, like…it’s just me in this body…no little embro to keep me company. πŸ˜‰

    I don’t get it.

@Merelton:  Seriously, I NEVER thought I would obsess over these things but I am checking my calendar 20 times a day thinking “how many days till I can test?” and I know I be really sad if it doesn’t happen…. I reeeeaaalllly hope that we have tiny embros that keep us comapny for 9 months…. When would you be due? Late September? I’d probably be around October 3rd, I ALWAYS wanted an October baby as my late grandfather was born around that time. I would of course take any other month as well. So here’s wishing and hoping for many many major symptoms. When do you plan to POAS?

@anni_bride:  According to some app I plugged my numbers into, I would be due in very early October too…maybe it was the 2nd. My birthday is October 15th and I was born on my mom’s birthday (obviously, the 15th also). How trippy would it be if I delivered a baby on that same day?! πŸ˜‰ HIGHLY unlikely…but fun to think about.

Anyway…I plan to POAS this Friday or Saturday morning. I ALMOST did it this morning, but I stopped myself. When are you going to POAS? Keep me posted!

I hope we both get our BFP soon!

@Merelton:  I got my positive OPK on the 9th, this could either mean I ovulated this day or the 10th. AF is due Jan 24th, I really try to hold out till that day. I don’t want to POAS during the week as I would be too depressed to go to work (idiotic, right?!). But this is another 10 days, whaaaaat.

October 15th is such a nice date and how cool would it be to be so close with your mum’s, yours’ and the LO birthday, wonderful!

I think it’s very smart of you not to test at 8DPO as it’s not likely to be BFP in many cases, so be excited for that VERY pink line at 10 DPO or such, eeeekkkkkk!!!!

@anni_bride:  Yes, I feel the same way too sometimes!! This is only our first try, so I’m not trying to get my hopes up too much, but I can’t help but think every little thing is related to it.  I don’t know about you, but I’m constantly looking for implantation spotting.  Something that I KNOW is not AF (AF is very heavy for me) and not a “twinge” or “cramp” that could very well be gas. LOL

Looks like we will be POAS around the same time.  Good luck to you!! Sending lots of sticky baby dust to you!!

@anni_bride:  It’s not idiotic to feel depressed about a BFN. Trust me, I’m there with you. The disappointment has seemed to get harder to deal with each cycle we go through.

    Anyway…fingers crossed for us both!

@MissCountryGirl727:  Yay for being both in our first cycle. Much baby dust to us! The only symptoms I am having so far are some mild cramping, gas (sorry tmi!) and I am sooo tired (but this could also be due to getting up at 5.20 every morning, ugh…) I hope I am one of those preggo ladies that barely have symptoms. I am excited for us to POAS.

@BellaDee: Hey, my OPKs let me down this month, I should’ve gone with my CM and gut feeling, but never mind lesson learnt. Please put me as a rollover, when it comes round as I have long cycles I’ll ask to get put onto the March thread. Thanks πŸ˜‰
