    @Purple_Bride:  I don’t blame you for waiting, its same temp here this morning -40 windchill! As usual Ottawa and Montreal are coldest major cities : (

    Even though I know how badly you must want to get to that store…

    Now to ask DH whether he prefers feeting DD breakfast (which is very messy *she’s 12 months) or bundling up and walking the dog, cant put a diaper on our fur baby 😀

    @Purple_Bride:  It’s -29 with the windchill in Toronto. Brrrr. It was an interesting ride in on the GO train this morning (and I’m sure Via too). A lot of the ice from the storm is still attached to the branches and got shattered off as the train hit them them because they are hanging lower. It sounded like we were being attacked.

    You know, it’s selfish, but temperatures like these are the major reason I don’t want to get a dog, lol.    My husband really wants a dog, but it’s not going to happen if I have to go walk it, especially in these temperatures, not going to happen.

    @BellaDee:  I know everyone is different but I wanted to share about my sister who now has 2 LOs. She had horrible anxiety since we were kids; paralyzing at times.

    She went off Paxil when she got pregnant with number 1 and has been med-free since. Counselling and relaxation techniques really help her.  Having something outside of herself to focus on also really helped although she had to face that fear of not being in control.

    She now regularly drives 5 hrs between her new city and home town with 2 under 2.5 and went on a trip south with the kids, her SO and our parents. They are all thriving…

    All the best,  hope you find your techniques too, anxiety and stress are hard on anyone, especially when pregnant.

    @BellaDee:  I’m out for the month, got my positive test yesterday.

    Kind of freaking out right now as I have to fly to Bora Bora on 1/12. I feel great right now but who knows how I’ll be feeling in a week. And all that delicious sushi I’ll be missing!!! Noooo!!! lol.

    @Purple_Bride:  Honestly, that’s not selfish, that’s being realistic. Lots of people don’t really think through all the annoying stuff like that that comes with pet ownership, and then they regret it and the pet suffers. Good for you for thinking it through!

    @E_Lynne615:

    -50!   Jesus, where do you live??    I don’t think I’ve seen temps much past -40.

    @Purple_Bride:  Gotta love MN! 🙂  That’s with windchill included though… It’s going to be a little better the next two days and then this is the forecast for Sunday:
