I finally received my dress today after many problems with the courier company. The dress is so well made and I can’t believe how heavy it is.

I just need to vent somewhere about dealing with Dressilyme.
They’re having a sale right now, 20% off 3-5 dresses and 25% off 6+. So I tell my BMs to make decisions so that we can order them for the sale. We pick them and I put them in my cart…except the 20% isn’t coming off. I email them, and she says, “It’s only the dresses at this link: [link].” ARGH NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THAT IT’S ONLY ON X DRESSES. Okay, whatever. I send my BMs the link and they choose from there–except that 3 of the 4 dresses that we had originally chosen ARE listed under that link as being on sale, so the 4th chooses a dress from the sale list. I put them in my cart. No sale price. I email them AGAIN about it, because I want to know what I’m doing wrong before the sale ends on the 8th–I include links to the four dresses that we chose. She replies and tells me that those dresses aren’t on sale, only the dresses at [link]. EXCEPT THAT THE DRESSES WE CHOSE ARE STRAIGHT OFF THAT LINK STOP TELLING ME THAT THEY AREN’T ON SALE.
I’m using very clear language, because I understand that English is, at the very least, her second language and English is not an easy language to pick up, especially if you’re starting from an Asian language. I get that. I’m trying to be clear, hence including the links to the specific dresses that we’re choosing, and using simple words. I don’t know where we’re miscommunicating here. We chose four dresses off of the link I was given. All four dresses are, in fact, listed through that link as being on sale. But when I put four sale dresses in my cart, there is no sale price.
I’m at my wit’s end here. I wanted this to be easy for myself and my BMs. 🙁

Yes it is Gabriela!!! You are so lucky to have tried on the real deal I have only been swooning over the internet haha.
I only realized after I posted my picture that they are not taking custom orders at the moment… I did start talking with James shortly after xmas when customizing was an option so hopefully I can get this dress made!!

OMG. I’m getting SO worried about my dress. I originally told Jasmine’s that I needed it by April 8, and I haven’t even seen final production pics yet! If it’s already this late and it gets stuck in postage hell, I may not have it for my wedding!!!

Oh no I hope you get it soon. I made an order on the 28th of November and originally told James my wedding is in March. But I didn’t get it until April!

Some resource has freed up, and we are taking orders without customization and with minor customizations now 🙂
We also decreased turn around time by 1 week.
Looks like there was major major congestion in March but it is getting better. Our back log is currently 2-3 weeks old, and we catch up a little every day 🙂

. You may pay a bit more but you will get a better result with no hassel.
Also, it is worth asking the question about costs because I have found that they are actually cheaper if you use premium fabric and craftsmanship because you get customised sizing without paying extra.
My flower girl dresses were actually cheaper using Jasmines than Dresslyme!!

Not an option. Jasmine’s dresses are 2-3x as expensive as Dressilyme, and for the mostpart, more expensive than the designer dresses themselves/same price as the wedding gowns.
They did finally get back to me and FINALLY tell me that my issue was because I have to order multiples of the same dress, not just 3+ dresses. That could have been avoided by putting that in the fine print and not taking a week to figure it out.

Hey, thanks 🙂 I upgreated both fabrics and craftmenship. I also asked them to do an urgent order as I ordered it in Feb during their New Year celebration. So my dress will cost me around 1300$ I think… I’m happy to pay this money if the dress looks good and so far they did a great job althogh I asked them to re-do the back of it and stick to the original.
