@uphoric:  just send the revisions and pay the $30. Its alot cheaper than buying a new sash! Just make sure this time you give them all the info you want them to have before they start the revisions :p

@uphoric:  Like others have mentioned, I’d just pay the $30 if your only concern is the size of the flowers and you’re quite happy with the rest.

IMO, i like the sash without the flowers

@MrsCarr85:  That’s what I was thinking and thats why I suggested to do that first to save them from remaking and save myself from the extra cost. i reckon its just taking out a few layers.

@babecake:  $30 is to change the sash size from 5cm to 3.8cm. They did the flower change before but as you can see, its still huge! Alot of people have said the flowers don’t suit it but I was hoping if it was smaller with maybe just a couple of layers and with stones in the middle then it would look better. I know $30 isn’t alot but wIth the extra, I should have bought it from the etsy seller instead :/

so bottom line is dont approve it until I’m happy with it I suppose

Hi all, we had systems issue for 3 days (more specifically my work computer’s hard drive got fried by a nasty power surge), so I spent 3 days rebuilding one and good thing we always do backups ๐Ÿ™‚  So I have been a little slow for the past week due to this, but should return to normal in a day or 2.

All the revisions and customizations really slow us down.  Customizing a dress sometimes can turn into like designing a new dress.  It is very time consuming for the communication back and forth, along with revisions – misunderstanding can occur, things need to be clarified, the customer didn’t provide clear illustration or didn’t use a term we could understand, etc. etc…  So now we have changed our estimated delivery time to exlude any revisions, thus hopefully people will have more realistic expectation about the turn around time, and they will also have urgency to get the order completed instead of thinking all revisions are included in the time – which is just impossible most of the time ๐Ÿ™

@K_PopPop:

Hi there, responded.  All questions to the production team have to go through me anyways, because none of the other consultants know Chinese.  If they do, then you would have had a faster response.  I am the bottleneck here ๐Ÿ™

@chipsuah:  I got an email with a MTCN so I can track if the money has been picked up.  For my first payment it took a while for them to pick it up but I think that is because only one person goes and gets the payments from WU.

If you didn’t get an email with the MTCN, I would give WU a call.  It was really easy for them to sort out.  Just some misunderstanding about people with the same name and not being sure who the payment was really supposed to go to.

Hi ladies!

I have been stalking these forums for a while now, especially reading about Jasmine’s Bridal. I plucked up the courage to email and ask for a quote but I am terrified of miscommunicating what I want and ending up with something i’m not happy with. if you could help me decide what materials etc i would need for this dress, that would be amazing!!

I know i definitely want a good quality tulle for the overlay, but they sent me organza swatches which confused me a bit. and i thought the underskirt was lace but i dont thikn they have included lace in their price. if you look closely you can see some of the embroidery under the sheer layer. what do you think the underneath layer is made of?

pics are in this thread: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/help-deciding-on-jasmines-bridal-dress#post-

@jetaimebeaucoup:  Beautiful dress. Just had a look at the dress it looks like organza to me.  Tulle is very soft and will just fall flat and will not give the same effect as the orgnaza.
