That’s normal. They have been super busy lately and have not had enough time to respond as quickly as they used to Since you still have plenty of time until your wedding (if the date you list is accurate) I’d suggest just waiting and keep an eye on the “Jasmine’s Bridal Shop V” thread here to see updates about when they are able to deal with inquiries again.

Right now they are closed for the Chinese New year. From everything I’ve read on here they are really Good at getting back to folks. You should hear from them soon.

A lot of Chinese businesses close down for Chinese New Year, including Taobao, which is similar to our Amazon. It’s just part of their culture.
