I emailed Jasmine’s Bridal Shop a week ago asking them for a price quote.
I automatically got a response that said this:
Thank you for your order/inquiry.
Our workshop and all courier companies will be closed from Feb. 2 to Feb. 23, but our customer service will remain operational throughout this period with 5-10 days of response time for emails.
Please note that keep emailing us will trigger the Gmail system to mark your inquiry newer, and we work from the oldest inquiries first, so please just wait and avoid keep emailing.
For urgent issues, please put the word “URGENT” in the subject line of your email, thanks for your patience! 🙂
P.S. We no longer accept credit/debit card payments, nor do we accept orders with estimated arrival date within 3 weeks of the wedding date – it is too risky considering all the revision services we provide often take longer than expected.
Is this normal?
They still have not responded back.
From other posts I have seen, they seemed to respond much quicker than this.
