Oooh, I want to join. I ordered my dress from dressilyme a few days ago. I didn’t ask for anything to be changed since I am so scared about asking for too much and then having it be messed up EXCEPT that it be done in white instead of the default ivory.

I guess if it ends up being a terrible disaster, I can just go buy something off the rack at david’s bridal.

It’s a knockoff of the Rosa Clara Camerun, which I haven’t been able to find pics of any real brides wearing and the closest bridal store that carries it is in chicago.

Fingers crossed everything goes all right!

@anna.mariebrickhousetobe:  I would say 12x6mm, that’s about 0.5×0.25 inch. It seems like those are basic enough that they would be in a craft store. But of course, when you’re looking for something specific it’s the hardest to find. I hope you can get those overnight!

@anna.mariebrickhousetobe:  Craft shops don’t usually supply these,  it’s usually sewing supplies and dance supplies shops that have them.

@hiheel:  That makes sense. One of the stores I go to locally (that I call a “craft” store) is a sewing and craft store. It’s where I get my sewing supplies. Do you sew by profession or hobby? We’re lucky to have someone with your knowledge helping us out!

Even with overnight shipping it shouldn’t be too bad.

@Barbiestylez: Found the picture for the bodice. Why is it you find things when you are not looking for them

@ralessio:  Thank you.  No I’m a Commercial Lender.   I love fashion and taught myself how to sew when I was very young.  I really don’t have time for it any more and that is why I love this thread.

Good afternoon,

I have a question regarding the payment process. I received a quote, and sent my payment and more detailed pictures of my dress in a week ago. I know that they picked the payment up (western union money tracker) and yet I haven’t heard anything back from them. Do they usually confirm that payment was received? Or do they tell you when they are going to start working on your dress?

Thanks for the help 🙂
