    JB because they are the best in replicas. They have a huge reputation to protect so less likely to mess up your dress.

    I got 2 dresses from Dressilyme and they turned out really freaking good!  I know that replica sites like Dressilyme and Jasmine’s are only supposed to have 80% or less accuracy, so my expectations were low, but I had them do a Maggie Sottero and an Allure dress for me and they were spot on!  I wish I had pics to share but I haven’t worn them yet to take pics (they’re for a vow renewal).

    I don’t think you can go wrong with either one, in my opinion.  I see the Jasmine’s thread and they seem to do a good job, as well.  But if I went back and had to do it all over again, I’d go with Dressilyme again in a heartbeat.

    I got my dress from Dressilyme and I am extremely happy with it. It looks extremely similar to the real dress, doesn’t look cheap, and fits great. It was a lot cheaper than Jasmines and I’m glad I went with them.

    @kansas_nurse:

    The dress is Allure 9058… Absolutely BEAUTIFUL by the way!

    I personally wouldn’t do a replica.. I have no experience with the companies, but I’m always wary about lace unless I get to see/feel it. Sometimes it can look cheap or feel cheap… and with such a beautiful lace back, I wouldn’t want to take that risk.

     But like I said, I have no experience with either company… for all I know, they could have gorgeous lace! 🙂 Maybe ask them if they can send you a sample of their lace before you make a decision?

    Or look on some preowned websites! Or for a sample sale! 🙂 There are lots of options.

    Gorgeous dress, best of luck in getting it!!

    Or maybe a simple dress with a lace jacket?? There was a thread on here from a bee telling other bees with “simple” dresses not to get discouraged… she showed lots of ways she dressed it up (statement necklace, sash, etc) and wound up using a lace jacket overlay kind of thing… it was STUNNING. I am trying to find that thread for you….

    Edit: FOUND IT! 🙂

    Bees w/ "Simple" dresses! Let me ENCOURAGE YOU! Go w/ your GUT! *PiX*

    We purchased four bridesmaids dresses from Dressilyme and they’re gorgeous. They’ve done a number of lace dresses, too.

    From the photos I have seen I would say that Jasmine’s does a better job of getting the dress closest to the original.

    If you can afford it go Jasmines, if you can’t go Dressilyme.

    Jasmines seem to give you more options with lace.
