Two things: make the neckline straight rather than curved, or else make it dip down in the centre to keep the shape of the original without revealing as much as the model.
Also, you may want to lift the waist a little, but maybe the others are right… maybe it is just an optical illusion. So sort the neckline first, and then the waist may be good to go!
