Ok, I realize its a thing of the past, but does anyone do it? Have done it? My mom used to go to the classes when I was little and it seemed to do wonders for her. I’ve been wanting to find an upbeat, dance-like cardio workout, and it seems like it would be a good fit, plus theres a place 5 min. from where I work. Anyone have any insight?

I went a few years ago and loved it! There are people of all ages but the instructor kept it very fun and used a mix of music, including Top 40 which was great. It’s not all leg warmers and sweat bands like I imagined. You can usually try it once for free, just bring a towel, workout mat if you have it, water and 3-5lb weights 🙂

I did it for about 2 years and stopped just a few months ago. I absolutely loved it. Theres a great mix of cardio, strength training, toning and streching. I was trying to cut back on money, otherwise I would still go. I highly highly recommend it.
