I agree with the PP, it doesn’t look that bad at all. The fit is pretty good on you too 🙂

Is the issue only with the fabric? or with the fabric and the sewing?

I am confused- did you think this was a designer dress? because it is a knock off site- I mean the dress prices are a pretty good indication of that fact.

The fabric I believe is correct- that is chiffon (most probably poly chiffon and not silk chiffon like a designer would use)- the company hasn’t lied to you. Like all fabrics there are many different grades of chiffon. I think the onus was really on you to ask what grade if you were going to be picky about it. The dress looks exactly like the stock picture.

But that said did you even research this company. 95% of the reviews I can find on it are bad.

Ladies please be warned that this place does terrible work.  I paid $645.00 dollars for 4 dresses for my sons wedding.  They changed the promised date 3 times!  (do not believe them when they give you a date!) 1 never came! 2 looked nothing like the picture and had badly snagged lace and were horribly sewn (they seriously looked like Halloween costumes sewn by a 10 year old).  The little one for my granddaughter was the only one wearable!  It was very cute.   They say they give you 7 days to get a return number if it was sized wrong or damaged damage, but they then ignore your emails for 7 days making it impossible to get a return number!!!   We were left running around the night before my son’s wedding trying to find dresses.  Seriously, do not waste your money here!!!!  These people are very dishonest.  I plan to put the word out on every website I can find to keep people from being robbed like I was.  I have four girlfriends that have seen the dresses, they were appalled at the workmanship and have offered to help me get the word out!!!  Ladies please beware…  I learned the hard way never again to purchase from China!!!!

P.S. @Miliza555, I feel your pain!!!  I cannot even bebin to explain how ridiculous the dresses looked on!!!  There is no way we were going to wear them in public 🙁

Also, I tried to write a review on the JenJenHouse website but they screen them and delete any negitives.  All reviews are all automatically 5 stars.  Big scam!

Doesn’t PayPal have buyer protection when the item was completely misrepresented?  I know my credit cards have that, which is why I use them for all of my purchases, just so I have a back up plan.  PayPal might not be able to enforce them to honor their return policy, but they might have another way to get you squared away because of the gross misinterpretation. Plus, if you can find where that dress came from, you can prove that they are illegally using someone else’s product to promote their ripoff.
