I’ve just bought a Jenny Packham Esme dress and I can’t wait to wear it next year.
It has a small train, but I think it is going to get in the way when I’m dancing. Also, when I tried it in the shop I kept treading on it and because it’s beaded all over, the heels of my shoes kept breaking the beads.
Has anyone got an ideas? Please help!

You can see it better in this picture. My only issue with a loop is i’m not sure I want to hold it all evening…

Beautiful dress! Why not put one of those austrian (?) bustles in it.. The one that just kinda picks it up off the floor…

omgggg can i tell you, this is my ULTIMATE dress regret dress. i am so obsessed it’s insane. i bought willow because i need to try and resell after and i was worried about the beads for resale purposes… but this is seriously a dress i think about all the time. have you seen it in blue when julianne hough wore it?! ugh. to die for.
other than that i’m not helpful. i think if i had gotten it i would have opted to have the train cut off. is that an option? then you don’t have to worry about stepping on it or bustling it. did they have a suggestion where you purchased it? could it be bustled on the inside?

@cinemabride: That is just gorgeous!! I’d do a little bustle!

@cinemabride: this is my dream dress. I totally hate you right now 😉
I think you can just add a teensy little bustle?

because of the beading I’m not sure if it would bustle nicely, I’d go for the loop or as the PP mentioned cut the train off.

omg, that’s the dress that gave me horrible dress regret after I bought Justice of the Peace Eden a year before my wedding. i saw a girl trying it on and it’s just such a stunning dress, congrats! I would go for the loop btw.
