Hello bees! I finally have my wedding dress and am having a terrible time deciding on a necklace. I think I will need one since I have pretty broad shoulders and I don’t want it to look like there’s nothing but chest skin for miles and miles. I love pearls and where them often in day-to-day life (as you can see since I was wearing them the day I bought my dress!). I’m not sure whether pearls or rhinestones go better with my dress! I’ll be wearing a veil for the ceremony and an ivory hair flower for the reception. My hair will be curly and up in a low gathered bun. Here are some pictures of my dress and possible necklaces!
No idea what I’m doing for my earrings or bracelet yet either – I’m a mess!
What do you think?
OPTION 1: TWO STRAND PEARL
OPTION 2: DROP PEARL AND RHINESTONE
OPTION 3: SIX SMALL PEARLS AND ONE RHINESTONE
OPTION 4: TWISTED PEARLS
OPTION 5: BALL PEARLS
OPTION 6: LOTS OF PEARL STRANDS

Alright bees this is literally a dead heat between options 1 – 4. All have one vote! Let me hear how you feel!

definitely twisted pearls! or even #6!

I’m digging the twisted pearls!

I vote number 1. I love number 4, but I think it might look to busy/overbearing with the dress.

Agreed with @globalmargaret: There is already a lot of things going on on the gown, you don’t want your necklace to take the attention from it. I would do a simple pearl stud for earrings with necklace 1 or slightly longer crystal with necklace 2, but in any case, keep it simple.

I love 2 and 3… you dont want to take away from the top half of your dress.

I think with your dress less is best I voted for option 1 but I think 2 or 3 would look great also. Option 5 and 6 are just too much.
