Have any of you had a wedding at a synogague? I want a really glamorous wedding and i see that costs for synoguagues arent through the roof, so i can splurge more on flowers and chupa decorations. If you have pics of your reception and chups from a synogague please share them with me!!

I am getting married in a temple! It hasn’t happened yet so I can’t show you pictures. 🙂
I really wanted to get married in a temple but I also wanted to have my reception in the same place. Luckily there are a few temples with beautiful cocktail and reception spaces in NJ!
I can’t speak for all temple weddings but ours has really been easy to plan. The temple has an in house caterer that takes care all food, drink, tables/chairs, linens and even things like the basket for Yarmulkehs and an easle for the ketubah.
As for price, our temple came out to be one of the cheapest price per person for a Saturday night and we are getting so much (open top shelf bar, choice of 4 entrees chosen at the reception, an unbeleivable amount of food for the cocktail hour).
Let me know if you have any other questions!
