Hahah! I knew that title would get some bees’ attentions!
Anyways. I really am looking for tips on getting wedding night/honeymoon fit and looking awsome in lingerie. You can read my most recent blog post about what exactly my problem is and what I’m looking for. You can respond here or on my blog without having to log in.

I’m assuming you want a tight ass? In that case I do lunge’s with weights and squats with weights, two different ellipticals at 30mins a piece. there are also some machines at the gym that can help tighten it up. If you have any questions on how these are done you can e-mail me and I will explain better.
Hope this helped and if you do these it won’t just get rid of the giggle but any cellulite that you may have.

Oh yes, I agree that lunges & squats are the key for getting tight thighs/buns! I think I heard that Jessica Simpson had to do a million a day (not really) for her daisy duke musical video. She looked great to me!

I agree: squats and lunges with weights. If you can, try doing them on a bosu ball. Work your core too!
I also do the exercise where you are on all fours and you (1) straighten one leg and lift from butt height to as high as comfortable (2) bend leg 90 degrees at knee and lift from butt height to as high as comfortable and (3) keeping your leg at butt height, bend and straighten it. 24-32 of each on each leg or until my butt is tired!
