You can totally do it! Try doing the exercises without weights, or go for a walk today.

You should have 48 hours between working the same muscles.  Today, go for a walk or do some cardio in order to keep your muscles moving and from getting too sore.

pain means that you got a good workout!! Your muscles are tearing down and rebuilding!!  Keep it up!
