I’m glad to hear that this is working for you! I bought it right before I found out I was pregnant so I only used it a few times. I’m ready to get back into my workouts now and trying to motivate to pull this dvd out and start hitting it.

I started it Sunday evening.  It was one of the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.  I’m still so sore from the first two days so I’m going to do the elliptical today.  I’ve also read that if you alternate shred and elliptical it helps weight loss and toning at the same time.  And I’m actually trying to find where I placed my 3lb hand weights because the 5 are killing me.

If you just tried it for the first time, wait until tomorrow!  I love her DVDs.  I just ordered her yoga DVD and the “Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism” one which I heard is a good cardio workout.  Can’t wait for them to get here!

The 30 Day Shred is really tough! I love it but I’ve never made it through the 30 days. I usually give up after three and go back to running on the treadmill lol. Kudos to anyone who can make it through the whole thing!
