I fell off the Jillianwagon for a few days but am back on! I’ve officially done level one 4 times now and it IS getting easier! Amazing! For the first time today, I didn’t cheat or take breaks on any of the moves.

I started 30DS on Monday. I’m about to do day #4 (I skipped Wednesday because of my schedule). I’m also doing hot yoga a few days a week and doing C25K, so running/walking at least 3 days a week. Combined with a low cal diet, I’m really hoping to see big results.

I hate this video more than anything, but I’m forcing myself to do it. I find her super annoying. Personally I have trouble with the push ups and some of the other arm exercises (really weak arms), but I do as much as I can and try to do a little more each day. I will likely do 30 days on level one, then start on level 2 for 30 days.

Alright – off to do the video – get the worst 20 minutes of my day over!

@HeatherShane: Just that video for me. There are three complete workouts on it, each at a different level. I believe you are supposed to do each level for 10 days, then move on to the next. But I like to do things for longer, so I plan to do each for the full 30 days or until the workout becomes to easy (not likely!).

Day 2, level 2. I’m having a hard time now because of my knee Cry. I find myself having to stop more than I should. I’ll try to do the modified moves for a little while so I don’t put to much pressure on the knee and I will be taking more time to do level 2.

Other than that, level 2 is not thaaat bad!!

Started level 1, Day 1 today…. again. No more excuses. I’ve started this program 3 or 4 times and never made it past day 1. I have taken “before” pictures and set them as by background on my computer that says “Before: You can do better than this!” to motivate me. I was a black belt in high school and in great shape. I wouldn’t say that I’m fat by any means, but I know I can do so much better, and I want my stamina and muscles back.

Did Level 1 day 1 today!!! It was intense but thankfully I made it through!

Hope I stick with it. I am bad about working out. It is def not my def of fun but would like to lose at least 15 lbs before our wedding next year. 🙂

I’ve been on and off, then on then off again all this time! OMG Im so bad at this, I cannot commit to any of my fitness goal. Everytime I start doing it again and try to eat better and make healthier decisions, I only do it for a few days maybe weeks and then back to the same. I’ve gained so much weight in so little time, I don’t think is healthy! 

 

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO!! Right now I’m thinking about joining Jillian’s online program or going to the gym and paying for a personal trainer! Don’t know what to do and that sad part is that it’s all my fault, it’s all because I can’t commit!

I just started level 1 day 1… again. When I first bought the DVD I was really good about it, right up until I started level 3. Then I stopped exercising.Embarassed

I felt very out of shape doing this today, I need to stay motivated.
