The first few days killed me, but now I’m managing to complete level 2 without stopping or feeling like I’m going to puke! It gets easier – good luck!

I did this! it was truley amazing! i lost sooo much weight! best thing ever.. i also ordered a calorie restricted diet from a company so i could stick to her 1200 calorie diet.. worked so well.. reccommend it to anyone!

I start my workout routine back in March and started with the 30 day shred, at the beginning I could hardly get through 10 minutes of level one. However now I have complete both Jillians 30 day shred and Ripped in 30. You have the potential to lose alot of weight on these if you stick with them and eat a healthy diet. I have lost 30 pounds since March. Good luck!

I just finished day 5!  I bought 3lb dumbells today from Walmart, what a difference that makes!  Day 3 was the hardest for me, pain wise, but I powered through to day 5, and the pain isn’t as bad anymore.  I mute Jillian and put on my “workout” songs, and before I know it, it’s over.   When I started, I could only get through about 60% of the DVD without stopping, now I can do almost 90%.  I haven’t really seen a difference yet on the scale, but I feel a lot stronger and have more energy.

@Scorpio88:  I do the same thing (mute Jillian)! But don’t be discouraged if you don’t see much of a change on the scale. When I did it last time, my weight didn’t change much (muscle weighs more than fat), but dang! I saw such a change in my body, the scale didn’t even matter anymore. Keep up the good work!

Love the shred! Once I got through it, I moved onto Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Cardio and No More Trouble Zones (BFBM at least 3x and NMTZ 2x a week) . Now I’m hoping to try out the Extreme Shed and Shred soon! I’d agree with PP’s, though — don’t get discouraged! I didn’t get much scale love either, but I did get it from my tape measure! 😉
