Has anyone used any of the Jillian Michaels workouts/diet? I just joined her website today and have a ton of weight to be taken off, just curious if I should go buy the DVDs or not 🙂 Thanks for any input in advance!

Hey girl! I have been using the 30 day shred video for a few months and just bought her ‘burn fat, boost metabolism’, ‘killer buns and thighs’, and ‘Ripped in 30’ DVDs. I have only opened the new ‘Burn Fat, Metabolism’ one, but it is intense! I have become a total spokesperson for her DVDs- circuit training is the way to go and she is not messing around. The way to make each exercise easier or harder is a great way to get the most out of your workout, too.
I used to to 90 min of cardio a day and while I still run 3x a week, the other 3 days I work out I do one of her videos and I am left covered in sweat and exhausted. I can really feel a difference in my core. I haven’t done her diet program, I just follow my own healty eating, but I’ve been losing weight, at least 10lbs so far.

Great! Thanks so much! I’m going to pick up a couple now, I was thinking 30 day shred and the burn fat one to start off. Sounds like you like them both so I picked right 🙂
