I love it! Can’t argue with 20 minute work outs. The “I don’t have time excuse” just doesn’t work. It is a very intense 20 minutes.

Yeah, I’m working on it now. It’s great! Although Jill is more annoying in this one than in the others IMO.

I did the 30 day shred and it’s not that bad.  She’s pretty annoying, though, and CLEARLY mocks you right at the beginning before it starts.  *grumble*

what about the “banish fat, boost metabolism?”” I just pulled this one off the shelf…I bought it a year ago along with the shred..any ideas on which one is better? (no surprise, I haven’t done either)

I like No More Trouble Zones best.  Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism is more cardio than strength training.

@MrsSaltWaterTaffy:  thanks!! I am actually looking for a treadmill/elliptical alternative, so maybe I’ll start with the banish fat one…do you think I could use this as a cardio substitute?

I prefer her kickboxing fastfix DVD myself.  

LOVE her.  I think i have like 6 of her DVDS.

@Dell79:  This i VERY good.  I did it on the weekend, its about 40 minutes and HARD.  Its all cardio. I came up from the basement (where i work out) and my SO said “Now THAT was a good work out! You look like a lobster!”

@Rush1986:  AHAHAha , omg that’s how I feel after I run….my sister is the one who encouraged me to buy these dvd’s and she said her legs never looked so good, so maybe I will I am going to try it this evening!

I love the Jillian Michaels videos, not Jillian Michaels.  My solution for her super annoying, manly voice? MUTE! Haha..I seriously mute every workout and play my workout list on my iPod loud, then just pay close attention to what’s going on in the video.  Sooo much better than listening to her tell you how you suck the whole time, while she walks around not even breaking a sweat! Grr.

I have one of ther DVDs, although for the life of me the name escapes me! Personally I love the mocking, masculine tone of her voice, it motivates me to work harder 🙂 Her body doesn’t lie!
