I ordered 3 Jillian Michaels DVD’s today.
30 day shred, Firm butt and thighs and get ripped in 30. Any bee’s do any of these with success? How did y’all like them and do you think it was a good way to spend money?

30 Day Shred is my favourite workout video ever. I reccomend it to everyone! It does suck at first, but getting throgh the levels feels great! Good luck!
I’ve never done the other two, but I’ve also done her 6 Week 6 pack, and I liked that one as well. She’s got a great series.

I’m not a fan of 30DS. I liked Ripped in 30 and Killer Buns and Thighs but I haven’t used them much. I also like No More Trouble Zones

@cirk- That’s what I like to hear! I ordered them off Amazon so I should hopefully get them in about a week.
MissAsB- What did you not like about the 30 day shred if you don’t mind me asking?
I haven’t tried any of these yet but I have heard some good and not so good stuff so I’m just wanting to see what everyone thinks

They are definitely good workouts. 30ds is easier than Ripped in 30 imo. No More Trouble Zones, Yoga Meltdown, and 6 week 6 pack are also good. However, I have a bad knee, and I can’t get through more than a week of any of those without the inflammation in my knee becoming so bad that I need to take a week or two off. I’ve adjusted my workouts so I just do one day of JM videos a week and 4-5 days of other things that don’t bother my knee. But if you can keep up with the workouts, people have had amazing results!

I started 30 day shred and liked it a lot but we moved into an upstairs apartment and I was afraid of what the jumping and stuff sounded like to our downstairs neighbor.

I don’t think I have knee problems at all, but after a week of 30DS, my knees were killing me. Other than that,I did really enjoy the workout.

30DS is a pretty killer workout. I can burn almost 300 calories in 15 minutes (according to my HRM), and I’m not overweight or anything. A lot of jumping around will do that, though.

I really enjoyed 30 Day Shred when I did it last. As a PP said, it is hard in the beginning, but it is rewarding to master each level and move on to the next level. Oddly enough, I found level 2 harder than level 3.
Right now, I am using her Yoga Meltdown which I love even more.

I’m a big fan of all the JM videos. I love 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown. I also have Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs and No More Trouble Zones but haven’t used these as much.

My favorite DVD’s of Jillian’s are 30 Day Shred; Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and also No More Trouble Zones. I will usually do the 30DS on weekdays in the morning before work, and the other two on the weekends, since they are both 40 minute workouts (close to an hour though if you include the warm ups). I also have a kickboxing DVD from Jillian, but haven’t used it much.

@Cremebrulee41- I’m thinking of ordering more of her DVD’s but much later on if I like the 3 I ordered. I’m still waiting on them though.
