I don’t know specifically and the only fat burner pills I’ve ever tried was a sample pack from bodybuilding.com they sent me with my regular vitamin order and it made me feel AWFUL for like 3 hours after I took it, I felt like throwing up and my heart wouldn’t stop pounding >.< (it was called lipo6 black for the record!) But these are two things to consider when shopping for any supplement:

FDA approval is only granted to drugs that can beat a placebo effect 2/3 (after they pass health regulations) and there’s only 1 FDA approved diet pill (alli, which basically just causes you GI distress if you eat fat, it’s more of a punishment pill than a diet pill)

Thanks to some regulation passed out of colorado (where like 80% of vitamins/additives/diet pills are created) the term ‘proprietary blend’ can be used on an ingredient label to ‘protect their secret formulas’  generally speaking if you see this ‘mystery blend’ steer completely clear of whatever supplement that is.  It usually just means their product is bunk and they don’t have to legally admit to it.

That’s my only advice, I am of the strong belief that diet pills are all in your head, the placebo effect has worked absolute miracles since the anamoly was ‘discovered’ in WW2.

You need a 5th option Wink – I have never taken them and will not.

I’ve looked at the list of ingredients, and I’m not impressed.  I’m not a big fan of natural supplements/ herbal products that have a ton of different ingredients.  The FDA does not regulate these products like they do drugs.  Basically, if a natural product is put on the market and ends up killing people or causing serious problems, it is reviewed.  It has been shown time and time again that the best way to lose weight is to lower calories and increase exercise.

If you’re interested in weight loss, you may want to talk to a nutritionist or doctor about safe, effective options.
