hey hive – right now i’m doing shred in the mornings but wanted another dvd to go with it to supplement and i was going to be see if people recomment no more trouble zones or boost your metabolism? which do you think is better? thanks hive!!

I LOVE No More Trouble Zones…I absolutely swear by it. I have abs for the first time in my life…I couldn’t say more good things about it, it is that good. I do NMTZ once a week and then Level 2 of Shred once a week and it keeps me really toned.

I definitely agree- I actually don’t mind doing No More Trouble Zones. I really feel like I am accomplishing things when I do this one. My only beef with it is that it takes an hour to complete. I love that the shred is 30 minutes for week days when I don’t have much tme. I do the two longer dvd’s on the weekends, shred on week days and if I get bored with shred, I’ll do one set of each in the longer dvd’s which makes it 30 minutes.

I really recommend doing a combination of booth BYM and NMTZ. I really feel like NMTZ is toning but BYM KICKS my butt everytime so I know I’m burning a ton of calories when I do it.
Both videos are on Comcast OnDemand right now and they even have a shortened version of NMTZ that is 40 minutes long.

@lemondrop-I do the same thing! I do NMTZ when I have time, but on busy mornings like this morning I just did Level 2 of 30 Day Shred.
