I started level 1 of the shred last night and now I’m soooo sore today! Just in my legs. I can barely walk they hurt so much! Must have been those lunges. My knees kept popping like crazy too during those exercises.
So I don’t know if I should push through this again today? Or wait until tomorrow? I know it is supposed to be done in 30 consecutive days, but shouldn’t you usually do strength training every-other-day?
Are these exercises going to build-up my legs? I’m trying to keep them toned down right now so that my dress (which is a mermaid and is already taken out as far as it can go) still fits. I’ve been doing cardio all summer long to lose weight, and worry that this shred might cause me to bulk up too much during the last month before my wedding.
