Hi Ladies!
Just wondering if anyone has had any of their BMs try on JH5452 or JH5453 yet? I LOVE these dresses, but the one shop that carries Jim Hjelm within a reasonable drive from me does not have these two styles. I would like my Maid/Matron of Honor to wear the strapless and my other two BMs wear the V-neck. Just looking for personal experiences!

I found this brand to be better quality than a lot of the other brands. Also, the price was not crazy either.

My girls are doing the Jim Hjelm 5427 in Navy blue with the cap sleeve of lace and the keyhole back. They loooovvvveeee them! The fit is great and the material is very nice and it had a train. Does not look cheap at all although we found it was the most reasonably priced. Sizing is also very close to street size. They only had to go one size up although they say to go up 2. If they are 5’9″ and above they should get the extra length. You can purchase them through Nordstroms as well. We saw and tried on alot of Jim Hjelm because they were the only brand that we liked, the fit was awesome and the navy was a true navy. Honestly you just can’t go wrong with his dresses. If you are by a Bella Bridesmaid they will get the dress shipped in to have you try it on. Many bridal stores will do this if they carry his line however some do charge a $50 fee to do so. Best of luck. You will not be sorry going with those dresses!

fall2014: That is beautiful! I love the subtle lace detailing in some of the fall styles. It never occured to me to ask them to ship the styles to try on. I have an appointment at the salon that carries his dresses on 11/8 – I’ll give them a call back and ask about it!
