i spent the weekend eating bad foods – im talking triple choc thick shakes with extra icecream and donuts and white bread and fried stuff and then more rubbish
then. this morning at training i twisted and injured my ankle, i nearly passed out and my poor trainer aged at least 5yrs by my fall – im in a huge amount of pain, my ankle had swollen to the size of a emu egg, i think ive torn ligaments (havent done that for 10yrs) and waiting for the doctor & physio to return my calls for an appointment
so now i sit here in my office, barely able to stand and when i do mangage it its a snails pace hobble and i havent had my breakfast yet becasue i cant be bothered hobbling to the kitchen to get some milk
so (sticking my tongue out) blahhhh – im totally over today already
anyone else wanna join my pity party???
edit: oh, and the servers crashed again so i have to put my IT hat on and talk to the support staff in India to figure it out – considering im IT stupid and dont even know how to work my ipod its totally stupid

I think I may have contracted H1N1 – I have all the symptoms, and work as a nurse in the hospital so I could have been easily exposed.
I am working casual right now (until October 20th). Tomorrow is the only shift I have booked for the next 2 weeks, so I am going to have to call in sick.
I feel horrible for losing the money, and leaving them short. But I would feel worse if I passed H1N1 to someone else.

🙁 I’m sorry you’re having such a bad day!!
I’m actually having a pretty good day today (extremely lazy, which is exactly what I needed) but I totally feel you on eating bad all weekend…I’ve been terrible – my Fiance made me french toast for breakfast and chicken alfredo for dinner on my birthday, then we bought donuts for breakfast (had them friday and saturday) and then went to olive garden on friday, and had pizza for dinner at about 11:00 PM!
After ALL of that my cousin was in town and he wanted to go out, so I was drinking last night too! Eep! I have to eat better this week!

ugghhh, the H1N1 scares are not funny so take care!
been to doctor and the physio.. told to not walk and stay off it for 2 weeks – 2 weeks, yeah right as if thats going to happen – the next 5 days are the BUSIEST days of my entire workinig calender!!!!
so now im sitting here at my desk with my foot elevated and a ice pack sticky taped to it (i have to ice it every hour) and its seriously difficult to even walk. i told the physio guy i will come in twice a day, every day if i have to but hes limited me to once per day only….. looks like im finally getting some use out of that $4K per year we pay for private care! the aussie health care system is very different to the american system – down here everyone has free medicare but you can have private if you want to but our employer isnt responsible for benefits
either way – i crave chocolate
edit: oh, and hubby – who rarely goes to the office anyway (joys of his job) tells me he is staying home today “just in case i need him” he said… sooo, let me get this straight – he is going to stay home and sit on his backside playing with whatever he plays with while in the office wondering how im going to get the the toilet and then when i get home he is going to be asking me whats for dinner….. i should phone him and tell him to bring me chocolate!
