I lost 65 lbs by going on a vegan diet but I still have about 30 lbs to reach my goal weight. My hubby & I finally joined a gym 5 weeks ago and hired trainers. We are going on our honeymoon next week. I wanted to feel good & have the energy to do all we can while we are in Hawaii.
I’ve only lost 1-2 lbs BUT I have lost 3 1/2 inches from each thigh, 1 1/2 inches from my biceps and 5% body fat!
I’ve struggled with debilitating back pain / rheumatoid arthritis etc…for 10+ years. I feel that my posture is better, my energy level is better and even tho I stay on a vegan diet I would still eat candy. My sweet tooth has almost disappeared. I wish I hadn’t of waited so long to make these changes in my life!

Yay! Good for you. Personal training can make a world of a difference. Plus, when you’re done with the trainer, you will know a lot about exercise and will have developed really healthy patterns. Enjoy the honeymoon!
Yoga and pilates will help a lot with your back and posture if you are looking for something else to do later on.
